Turn Around Time & Shipping Policy

Our current turnaround time is 14-21 Business Days. This does not include Weekends, Closed Days (Look at the Home Page for reference), Holiday's, or Shipping.

The turnaround time means the time it takes for us to fulfill an order. Once it is made and sent out to be shipped, then that starts your countdown to be delivered to you.

*We are not liable for any delay in shipping. Once we drop it off to be shipped & delivered, it is in the hands of the delivery carrier. With each order you receive a tracking number, you can contact them with any tracking or delivery questions. When we pull up your tracking information, we can only see what you see.

 

Local Pick Up

We are not liable for any incidents during the pickup. We currently live on a busy street and you may park on the street. Make sure you are aware of your surroundings when getting out of your vehicle and where you are parking it. The weather is always unpredictable. If there is ever a time that you need to reschedule your pickup, please contact us and let us know, we can always pick another time and day. We shovel snow and put salt down, but that does not guarantee the cement and porch to be free of ice. Please watch your step when it is snowing/ice/raining.
